Annual Independent Audit Report

Lake Travis ISD, along with other Texas public school districts, contracts with an independent audit firm to provide an annual audit of the district’s financial records.  The auditor provides an opinion as to whether or not the financial statements prepared by the administration present fairly the financial position of the district as of the end of the fiscal year. Lake Travis ISD’s fiscal year ends on August 31 and the results of the audit report are presented to the Board of Trustees in December of each year.
