Requests for repair work are sent by campus and administrative staff directly to the Maintenance and Operations Department through a Web-based maintenance management program (School Dude). On a daily basis, Maintenance and Operations Department supervisors approve and prioritize work to be completed. Work orders include a wide variety of crafts and tasks such as electrical, plumbing, grounds, athletic fields, landscaping, equipment repair, painting, locksmith, roofing, heating, and air conditioning, IAQ, pest control, minor construction, signage, and safety issues.
Preventive Maintenance work orders are also entered into the system by campus and administrative supervisors and are automatically generated on a timely basis in order to maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns.
