Katie Doering – Mrs. Doering is starting her fifth year of teaching. For three years Mrs. Doering taught Kindergarten at WCHE, and for two year she has been a member of the 1st grade team. Mrs. Doering moved to Austin ten years ago with her husband, Marc, and her three children, Skyler (7th grade), Tristan (5th grade), and Brooklyn (2nd grade). Mrs. Doering loves being outdoors, going to her kids sporting events, all things dogs, photography, and teaching! Go Tigers!!

Summer Miller - Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Summer Miller graduated from Angelo State University with a Business Management degree in 1999. She lives in Spicewood, TX, with her husband Chad, two daughters Morgan and Maddie, three dogs and one cat.  Mrs. Miller has worked for LTISD for close to ten years, and this will be her third year teaching first grade. For fun, Mrs. Miller enjoys photography, kayaking, reading, attending her daughter’s sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. She adores teaching first graders to read and working with the talented students at WCHE.  Go Tigers!

Delaney Smith – Ms. Smith recently moved to Austin from Anchorage, Alaska. She loves to go hiking, spend time with family, and binge new shows on Netflix. She is very excited to be a part of the tiger family!

Sarah Woll - Ms. Woll just moved to Austin from Virginia, where she taught 2nd grade for the past 7 years. She went to Sweet Briar College for undergrad and Mary Baldwin University for her master’s degree in Teaching. She also worked at Virginia Commonwealth University as a clinical faculty member, helping preservice and novice educators prepare to enter the classroom. She absolutely loves being a teacher and helping students build their skills and self-confidence to achieve their goals. In her free time, Ms. Woll enjoys spending time with her beagle, Winnie, hot yoga, and cooking. She is so excited for her first year at West Cypress Hills Elementary! Go Tigers!
