Hello Knights!

My name is Mrs. Kelley and I am your new librarian.  I moved here from Katy, Texas this summer and am so excited to be a part of Lake Travis Middle School.  I was previously a librarian in Katy for 16 years and love working in middle school.  I have lots of exciting things planned for this school year and can’t wait to meet each and everyone of you!  As you might have guessed, I love reading -- so I can’t wait to share some good books with you that I know you will love!

I am married and have two children in college.  My son goes to the University of North Texas and my daughter goes to Texas Tech.  Both will graduate this year!  I also have two dogs at home - Haven and Dodger.  Fun fact -- when I lived in Katy, we were lucky enough to score Diamond Club seats at an Astros game and I got to try on a REAL World Series ring.  Yes, folks, that is a real World Series ring :)
