Stefani began her 20-year career in public education as an elementary teacher in the Arlington school district. She then joined the Crowley Independent School District where she served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. In 2018, Stefani was promoted to Director of Social and Emotional Learning and Secondary Support before assuming her current position as Executive Director of Professional Development and Social and Emotional Learning. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Education degree from Tarleton State University.
