Norton's Notes - January 26, 2024

  • School Board Month Concludes with Special Recognition

    • As you may already know, LTISD joined other districts across the state to recognize and thank school trustees for their service throughout January 2024 as part of School Board Recognition Month.

    • Each of our trustees was celebrated at various campus events during the past month. I encourage you to follow LTISD Schools on our social media and see these great demonstrations of gratitude for our school board.

    • On Friday, School Board Recognition Month concluded with a visit to our 18+ Program at the LTISD Special Services Cottage.

    • Students and staff at the Cottage Café treated our school board to warm beverages, cookies, and a keepsake coffee mug.

    • This was truly a heartwarming experience and a wonderful way to conclude our board recognition.
