Students in Lake Travis ISD can begin dance instruction in the 6th grade as part of our Physical Education curriculum. In grades 7 & 8, students take Dance as part of the State middle school Fine Arts requirement. In addition, they may audition for one of our dance teams which are extra-curricular components of our dance programs. At the high school level, students may take Dance levels I-IV and receive state Fine Arts credit towards graduation.

Our Dance Team program includes our Junior Varsity Red Rubies and the award winning LTHS Cavalette Varsity Dance Team. For more information on our dance programs, please contact the staff at the appropriate campus.
