Suzi Menfi

Suzi Menfi is the Director of Community Programs for Lake Travis ISD, bringing over 13 years of experience in K–3 education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tulane University,  a Master’s in Elementary Education from American University, and a Principal's Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

Suzi began her teaching career in Montgomery County Public Schools in Bethesda, Maryland, before moving to Texas and continuing her work in Round Rock ISD and Lake Travis ISD. She has taught kindergarten through third grade and played an integral role in developing, launching, and teaching within LTISD’s Virtual Learning Academy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her experience also includes serving as an adjunct professor at Texas State University, where she taught education majors, and teaching in early childhood classrooms within child development centers.

In 2022, Suzi moved into district leadership overseeing LTISD’s K–5 Extended Care programs, K–12 enrichment offerings, Summer Squires day camp, and all summer athletic and enrichment programs. In 2025, her role expanded to include supervision of the district’s Child Development Centers for infants through three-year-olds.

Suzi is passionate about creating high-quality, engaging, and inclusive programs that support whole-child growth and strengthen the LTISD community.
