NOTE: NEW STREAMLINED PROCESS FOR WEEKLY CAMP ENROLLMENT! 

Enrolling is still a two-step process:

  • Step 1:  Starting Monday, March 30, pay the $50 Registration Fee on the Revtrak webstore. This opens one week before the NEW grade level camp enrollment. After payment, you'll receive an email with a password to access enrollment. 
  • Step 2: Monday, April 6 -Friday, April 10, return to the RevTrak webstore to register.

    1. Register on the day for the appropriate grade level based on the schedule below.

    2. Use your password to choose your desired camp weeks.

     

    *For students in kindergarten through second grade, families must choose and register for a specific group (Group A or Group B) for that grade. This will secure a spot in one of the two available groups for that grade level, rather than just registering generally for the grade.

    Monday, April 6 @ 10 A.M.-  kindergarten

    Tuesday, April 7 @ 10 A.M.- first grade

    Wednesday, April 8 @ 10 A.M.- second grade

    Thursday, April 9 @ 10 A.M.- third grade

    Friday, April 10@ 10 A.M.- fourth and fifth grade

    Families with twins, triplets, or multiple siblings: If one child is registered and another is waitlisted during consecutive registrations, please call our office so we can remove the sibling from the waitlist.

     

Register for Summer Squires

Summer Squires is an all-day childcare summer camp for students currently enrolled in LTISD.  Families must sign up for each week separately. Weekly activities include water slides/water play, STEM, and art.  There is a different field trip each week. In addition, we bring in various enrichment contractors to enhance the curriculum and add to the fun! To top off each week, every Friday morning, students and staff bus to the Lakeway Swim Center for safe and closely monitored swimming (swim center lifeguards and all Squires staff surround the pool)

Catalogs and Handbooks will be posted on Friday, March 28th

Location:  Bee Cave Elementary 
Grades:  Kindergarten (completed) - 5th grade (completed)
Hours:  7 am-6 pm Monday-Friday
Costs: One-time $50 Registration Fee,  $325 per week 

Dates:

  • Week 1:  June 1-5
  • Week 2:  June 8-12
  • Week 3:  June 15-19
  • Week 4:  June 22-26
  • Week 5:  June 29-July 1 (Monday-Wednesday only)
    • No camp on July 2 and 3 due to district holidays. Tuition is $195 this week.
  • Week 6:  July 6-10
  • Week 7:  July 13-17
