Director of Finance/Comptroller

Brad Goerke

Brad Goerke is the District's Director of Finance/Comptroller.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and has more than 26 years of experience in the management of school business and operational support.

He began his career in public educaton in 1991 serving as Director of Finance and Auxiliary Services in the Wyoming school system.  In 1998, he served as the Director of Finance, Auxiliary and Technology Services.  After seven years, Brad moved to Lake Travis ISD to serve as Director of Finance.

Brad has held leadership positions in several professional organizations including serving as Chairman of the Board for the Wyoming Association of School Board Insurance Trust.  He was appointed by the Wyoming Legislation to serve on the Wyoming School Funding Model Committee.                              

Brad oversees a number of departments including payroll, accounts payable, budget, treasury services, and accounting.  In addition, he invest district idle funds, and oversees the district's risk management program.
