Maintenance Work Orders

Requests for repair work are sent by campus and administrative staff directly to the Maintenance and Operations Department through a web-based maintenance management program FlowPath. On a daily basis, Maintenance and Operations Department supervisors approve and prioritize work to be completed. Work orders include a wide variety of crafts and tasks such as electrical, plumbing, grounds, athletic fields, landscaping, equipment repair, painting, locksmith, roofing, heating, and air conditioning, IAQ, pest control, minor construction, signage, and safety issues.

Preventive Maintenance work orders are also entered into the system by campus and administrative supervisors and are automatically generated on a timely basis in order to maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns.

*Work orders can only be submitted by Lake Travis ISD Staff. If you are a parent or community member with a maintenance request, please contact your campus administrator/Principal using the contact information on their campus web page.
