Work collaboratively with service providers and Special Education staff to monitor and support student progress.
Promote and apply inclusive practices that support the learning and participation of all students. Ensure accommodations and modifications are delivered with fidelity.
Take part in ARD meetings by sharing observations on student progress and classroom involvement.
Provide instructional and behavioral support as directed by the teacher.
Actively contribute to ARD meetings by offering insights on student performance, current levels, instructional needs, and goals.
Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians.
Develop a strong understanding of each student’s strengths, areas for growth, and current instructional levels.
