Executive Director of Special Services

Jennifer brings more than two decades of public education experience to her role. She began her career in 2001 as an early childhood teacher and has since served as a special education teacher, intervention specialist, ARD facilitator, State Assessment Coordinator, and Director of Intervention Services in Leander ISD, before joining Lake Travis ISD in July, 2024.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University. She continues to hold teaching and principal certifications in the State of Texas.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has focused on continuous improvement practices to establish a clear vision and direction for special services, always centering student voice in the decision-making process. She is committed to collaborative problem solving, data-informed leadership, and ensuring that every student has access to high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
