Director for Technology & Information Systems Services

Jordan Waller is the District’s Director of Technology and Information Services.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University and has more than 13 years of experience in K-12 educational technology. He began his career with Lubbock ISD, where he spent seven years in technology infrastructure and cybersecurity roles before joining Idalou ISD as Chief Technology Officer. He served in that role for six years, leading the district’s technology operations, cybersecurity efforts, and strategic technology initiatives.

Jordan joined Lake Travis ISD in July 2026 as Director of Technology and Information Services. In this role, he provides leadership and strategic direction for the district’s technology systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, instructional and operational technology, and technology support services. He works to ensure the district’s technology environment is secure, reliable, and aligned with the instructional and operational needs of students and staff.
