    Attention all AP students:

    Late registration for AP exams has begun.  

    Please register through Total Registration on the counseling website.

    Students, please make sure when you register, you sign up with your legal name.

    The status will say "Waitlisted", however, all waitlisted registrations will be

    approved up until April 18.

    Once approved, you may log back in and make your payment.

     The cost of the test will be $100 plus a $50 late fee per test, payable by credit card.

    Final day for all registration is April 18th.

    Once you have registered please pick up your AP Student Bulletin in the counseling office.

    If you have any questions regarding your test please see Ms. Clark in the AP office in the main building or email her. Thank you!

     

     
    ACC DUAL CREDIT CLASSES

     

    Interested in taking Dual Credit courses next year? 

     

    You must watch both of the PowerPoint Presentations if you were unable to attend the meetings.

    You MUST fill out the following FORM if you are interested in ACC classes. 

     

    You must have your ACCEID# and your qualifying test scores before filling out the Google form.

    Please pick up a Dual Credit Verification Sheet in the Counseling Office to be signed by Parent & Student.

     

    ACC HS Programs Application Steps & Checklist


     

    Application/Registration for ACC Summer Dual Credit Courses is continuing through the end of March.

    Rising Juniors and Seniors may apply to ACC and bring qualifying test scores to the Counseling Office to begin the process.

    ACC Professors will teach Dual Credit US History here on the LTHS Campus free of charge during the month of June.

    Junior and Senior students may also take classroom and online ACC dual credit courses beginning on various dates

    through the summer for $150 per semester. For more information see the Counseling website.

     


    SKYWARD/Qmlative is here!

    ITCCS/TXConnect is leaving us by the end of the school year.

    We are beginning our migration to our new Student Information System this spring as we register students for next year's courses.

    Our new system is called SKYWARD/Qmlative and will contain all of the information access that was previously carried in ITCCS/TXConnect.

    More information to follow.

     

    Another new software being introduced this spring is Eduthings which is replacing Career Cruising.

    All of the data and four-year plans that were in Career Cruising have been moved over to Eduthings.

    You can find the link on LT1. Students may log in with their google login.

     

    Class of 2020 Course Registration will begin this Friday, March 8, and run through next week in English 3 classes in Skyward.

    Rising 10th (2022) and 11th grade (2021) students will meet with Counselors through social studies classes to submit course selection

    the two weeks following spring break.

     

    Online course selections through Skyward will be open to all students 9 - 11 beginning Friday, March 8 through April 8. Find the link to Skyward on LT1. Login: S(six-digit student ID), Password: S(six-digit student ID).

    Your PSAT test results are in! Please stop by the Counseling Office before or after school to pick them up.

     

     ASVAB - Important Notice to Students Grades 10 - 12 and Parents

     

    Lake Travis High School will offer an opportunity to take the

    ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) during the

    school day on April 25 between 9 am and Noon.

     

    Any student Grades 10 - 12 may sign up to take the ASVAB.

     

    The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery is the most widely used multiple-aptitude

    test battery in the world. As an aptitude test, the ASVAB measures strengths,

    weaknesses, and potential for future success. The ASVAB also provides
    students with career information

     for various civilian and military occupations and is an

    indicator for success in future endeavors whether you choose to go to college,

    vocational school, or a military career.

     

    Students/Parents have an option on whether they will to release the test results to a military recruiter.

     

    Register here to take the ASVAB, or see Mrs. Kalb in the Main Counseling Office.

    There is no charge for the test. The test administration should take about one hour.
