Students (and Parents) interested in taking Austin Community College courses on the LTHS campus
next summer or next fall, and were unable to attend an information meeting
covering how to apply to ACC and which classes to take,
must watch the PowerPoint Presentations on the Counseling website.
In addition to learning about the application process, we also discussed how ACC classes fit into the
LTHS schedule and how ACC Dual Credit courses can impact college admissions and the cost of college.
Because of the large number of students enrolling in ACC courses, Counselors are unable to meet
individually with parents and students to review this information. If you were unable to attend a group meeting,
make sure to access the recorded version of the meeting on the Counseling website.
Small group workshops to assist with enrollment in ACC classes will be held before and after school
the week after Spring Break.
Please try to have your ACC Registration Steps 1-3 completed.
