On April 17, 2019, the Lake Travis ISD School Attendance Zone Advisory Committee presented its recommendation for new school attendance zones to the Lake Travis school board. By unanimous vote, the school board approved the committee's recommendation on May 15, 2019.
New middle school attendance zones went into effect with the opening of Bee Cave Middle School in August 2019 while new elementary school attendance zones went into effect with the opening of Rough Hollow Elementary in August 2020.
There are two views of current elementary and middle school attendance zone boundaries: The Overview link below includes a snapshot of the entire district, while Detail link provides the opportunity to enlarge the map for street detail.

*Please note, Lake Travis ISD is a single high school district. The high school boundary zone incorporates both elementary and middle school boundaries.
In accordance with LTISD Board Policy FD (Local), “for purposes of establishing residency within the District, the foundation of the domicile in which the student resides must be located completely within district boundaries.”
