Sharryn Cash – I am from Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated college from Missouri Western State University. I have taught for 16 years, and this is my 5th year at WCHE. My family moved to Texas in 2006. I have three kids, Grace, Gavin, and Garrett. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and gardening.
Heather Eilers - I am a Lake Travis High School alumni. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Angelo State University. I joined the West Cypress Hills Elementary School staff as a Special Education Aide in 2019. I am excited to continue my time at West Cypress as a 4th grade teacher this year! My husband, Mark Eilers, also works for the LTIDS and is going into his 19th year of teaching and coaching at Lake Travis Middle School. Our son, Reagan, is entering into first grade and like his mom, is excited to be a West Cypress Hills Tiger!
Lauren Massey - Hello, Tigers! I am a born and raised Austinite. The only time I lived outside of Austin was when I attended Texas Tech University from 2014-2017. I hold my Bachelors in History with minors in Psychology and Spanish. This is my 2nd year of teaching, and I am super excited to be a part of the Tiger 4th Grade Team! I spend my free time reading and trying out new recipes.
Noelle McDaniel - I am a Texas State graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have taught grades 3, 4, and 5. I’m entering into my eighth year of teaching. Math and writing are my favorite subjects to teach. I have been married to my husband, Dusty, for 13 years. We have two lovely daughters. Finley is heading into 5th, and Charlotte is heading into 2nd. Our sweet 3 year old black lab, Boone, completes our family.
Caitlyn Vilven - Hi, Tigers! I am very excited to be part of the wonderful team of teachers here at West Cypress Hills Elementary for my 2nd year! I graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas, in May of 2019 with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (EC-6). Learning is my passion, and I look forward to sharing it with every student in my classroom. In my spare time, I love to read, listen to music, or watch movies with my husband and our sassy cat, Luna.
