    Elizabeth Cheek –This is my second year at West Cypress!  I am originally from Fort Worth, TX, and studied education at Abilene Christian University. I married my husband, Carson, last year, and we are so excited to be here in Austin! This is my third year of teaching. Before moving to Austin, I taught 5th grade in Abilene, TX.  When not teaching, I enjoy being outside, watching a good movie, or eating Mexican food.  I am so thrilled to be a teacher at West Cypress Hills! 

    Diane Clendennen – This is my 20th year of teaching and my 7th year at WCHE. I have two amazing daughters, who both got married this year, and two wonderful step children. My husband and I just recently built a new home. We have three fur babies at home. In my free time I enjoy crafting, sitting on my porch, hanging with friends, and of course, watching Alabama football!

    Bonnie Mottola – I am a native Austinite—born and raised in Austin.  I am a graduate of Texas Tech University, and I have two children:  Mark, who attends LTHS, and Jacquelyn, who attends WCHE.  I have lived in Tokyo, Japan Boston, Massachusetts, and in southern California.  I love children, especially 3rd Graders and feel honored to be a West Cypress Hills Elementary School teacher.  This is my 5th year teaching at West Cypress Hills Elementary.

    Audry Ostrowski --  Hello Tigers! My name is Audry Ostrowski and I love being a 3rd grade teacher at West Cypress Hills Elementary. Originally from Michigan, I have always wanted to be a Texan with my dog named Roger! I am going into my fourth year of teaching and am elated to be a part of your school and community. My passion for student growth and success drives my everyday enjoyment of life. My other passions include hiking, spending time with friends and family, eating nachos, doing DIY projects, and of course, reading lots of books. Let’s go Tigers and here’s to the 2022-2023 school year!

    Tracy Vogel -- I am a born and raised Texan from the DFW metroplex. I have been here in the Austin area for 15 years and have taught for 18 years!  I love teaching students but learn even more from them.  I have my Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and my Master's degree from Texas A&M University. Gig 'em Aggies! I am so excited to be part of the WCHE family! Go Tigers!
