WCHE Specials Team 2022-2023

Shilo Clements - Mrs. Clements married her high school sweetheart in 1996. They have three beautiful children:  Jordan at UT Austin, Lexi at LTHS, and Skye at LTHS. Mrs. Clements loves working with our PE classes.  According to Mrs. Clements, "it's the BEST job!"

Megan Dunn – This is Mrs. Dunn’s 8th year with LTISD.  She has been an educator for 19 years.  She and her husband live in the West Cypress Hills neighborhood. The lovely artwork displayed throughout the WCHE campus is a testament to Mrs. Dunn’s skills as an art educator.

Chelsea Hill – Mrs. Hill studied Music Education at Sam Houston State University and is in her 9th year of teaching.  This is her 8th year at WCHE.  She has always been inspired to teach music and loves sharing that with her students.

Natalie Nowrocki --  Mrs. Nowrocki is the new Gifted and Talented Teacher at West Cypress Hills Elementary.  Although new to the school and new to Texas, she is not new to teaching.  She immersed herself in Early Childhood Education for approximately 6 years, spent 17 years with the New York City Department of Education in Elementary Education, and spent 1 year with the New Jersey Department of Education supporting students in need of English Language Arts Intervention.  She looks forward to becoming a part of this wonderfully supportive community and engaging in thought-provoking projects and discussions with our Tigers.

Mrs. Nowrocki was born and raised in a borough that is part of New York City, lived in Colts Neck, New Jersey, for the past three years, and just recently moved to Texas.  She and her husband have one little one who keeps them super busy with her own ideas for projects and activities, gymnastics, soccer, softball, and her desire to be in theatre.

Mrs. Nowrocki looks forward to a super successful year at WCHE!

Cathy Seidenberger- Mrs. Seidenberger has been a teacher for over 29 years, 24 of those years in the LTISD.   She attended the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate degree in Applied Learning and Development and Sam Houston State University for her Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science.  Mrs. Seidenberger and her husband, a middle school science teacher, have 2 children and live in the Spicewood area. 

Amity Washington – Coach Washington is very excited to begin her 1st year with the Lake Travis Independent School District right here at West Cypress Hills Elementary!  She has been in education for 16 years, teaching PE and coaching.  Her husband teaches PE and coaches at Bee Cave Middle School.  They have two children attending schools in LTISD.  She is looking forward to having a fun year with all of the students at WCHE!
