New Student Enrollment: 2024-2025 School Year

New student enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is open and available online. The enrollment process must be completed by the student’s legal parent or guardian. Documentation used to verify student information must be uploaded during this process.

A student must attend the school in which their residence is zoned. Current school attendance zones may be accessed via our LTISD Street Directory. Enter your address into Transfinder to see which campus your child should attend. If your home is new construction, it may not be in Transfinder. If so, please use the street directory.

If you are building in the LTISD attendance boundaries and have temporary housing, please email transfers@ltisdschools.org for details about the enrollment process.

1. 1. A government issued photo ID of the parent/guardian enrolling the student.
   2. Proof of address
   3. Student's official immunization records (must include clinic's contact information and provider's signature/stamp)
   4. Student's birth certificate
   5. Student's social security card (optional)
   6. Current academic records
   7. Legal documents pertaining to custody (if applicable)

Lake Travis ISD uses Skyward Family Access to facilitate our online student enrollment process. Skyward Family Access is a secure web-based Student Information System that provides parents and students with access to attendance, behavior/discipline, calendars, demographic data, health information, grades and schedules and transcripts.

To begin the new student enrollment process, log into your Skyward Family Access account based on the steps below.

Important: If you are coming from another district which utilized Skyward, you must establish a new Skyward account with Lake Travis ISD.

OPTION 1:

New student to Lake Travis ISD without an existing account in LTISD Skyward Family Access. 

Create an account with Skyward Family Access by completing the New Student Enrollment Notification Form. You will then receive an email with account information that will allow you to login to the system.

OPTION 2:

New student to Lake Travis ISD with an existing account in LTISD Skyward Family Access. 

Sign into your existing account in Skyward Family Access. (Example: Parents with a child who is currently attending LTISD schools and is requesting to enroll a new student to the district.)

After logging into Skyward Family Access, choose "New Student Enrollment" by clicking the down arrow next to the house icon.

Click the 24-25 New Student Enrollment icon to begin the online enrollment process.

You will receive an email when your enrollment documentation and forms have been reviewed and accepted.  A student's start date is the first day they attend school during the official attendance time (OAT) for the campus in which they are enrolling.  Once your student's enrollment is complete, the campus staff will contact you with next steps and further instructions as needed.
