Mrs. White was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2018. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (Elementary Education and Special Education). She has experience as an elementary teacher and as a special education teacher.
Phillip Davis, Ph.D. - Vice President

Dr. Davis was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2021. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Operations Management. He received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management from the University of North Texas. He currently teaches and conducts research at Texas State University, where he is an assistant professor and core course coordinator.

Mrs. Archer was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Architecture in Interior Design. She currently owns Mosquito Authority Austin. She also works alongside her husband to operate Ben Archer State Farm.

Mr. Aird was elected to the Board of Trustees in May 2023. He is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in the finance/technology industry. Mr. Aird has a proven track record of success in delivering business growth and achieving operational excellence. He is skilled in financial analysis, strategic planning, and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Brigham Young University with a minor in Iberian studies.

Mr. Bove was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2025. He completed undergraduate studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration & Student Affairs from the University of Vermont. He is an executive for a student housing company, a faculty member for the National Apartment Association, and serves as the chair of the College Student Mental Wellness Advocacy Coalition.

Mrs. Cano was elected to the Board of Trustees in May 2023. She is a 2003 graduate of Lake Travis High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Promotion and Fitness with a minor in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her past professional experience includes years as a banking officer and a substitute teacher for LTISD. Mrs. Cano is a Realtor and she and her husband own and operate Corte, a creative production agency. They have three school-aged children.

Mrs. Woodcock was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2025. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development with a teaching specialization in Reading. She maintains a current Texas teaching certificate and brings experience as an early childhood and elementary teacher, as well as K-12 educator and para-educator professional development.
