District releases Spring 2024 survey results, introduces new data dashboard

One of our district’s core commitments is to strengthen relationships with staff, students, and families. In May 2024, in support of our Strategic Plan, we shared a series of surveys asking our stakeholders for feedback in order to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and overall perspectives of various aspects of the district. We are excited to share that we had a high level of participation in these surveys. The results are crucial for data-driven decision-making and ensuring that school policies align with community needs.

During the July 17 regular meeting of the school board, trustees received a comprehensive overview of the survey results. Also during the meeting, the district introduced a public-facing data dashboard. This new tool enhances transparency and accountability by providing easy access to key performance and demographic data, thereby fostering greater community engagement and trust. On the dashboard, you can view the results of the survey for each stakeholder group, highlighting our areas of strength and opportunities for continued growth.
